Coaching - Non-critical, facilitated, objective support to help you move from "dreams to deployment and destiny"

"I found my coaching experience to be powerful and effective - and most importantly - authentic.
I realised (with help) that we all have choices and the ability to influence those choices.
Coaching gave me options and to take control of what I really wanted!"

Clare B, Operations Manager for a leading HR Development organisation

Most of us reach a cross roads, cul-de-sac - or get totally lost at some point in our careers.
Sadly, many of us also never get to do "what we would really love to do". Part of the reason is people typically feel they have:
- no choice
- too many choices
- or don't know what their choices are.

The good news is that a change of environment and someone to talk to - even if just for a short period of time -
can give you the opportunity for different thinking and allow time to develop new choices and expand your horizons.
Simply register and we can start the conversation...

Coaching will help you keep it "Real":

Review your current choices
Evaluate and focus on your mission
Analyse the risks, the  pro’s and the con’s
Launch your plan for the short, medium and longer term

And help you deal with the clamour of "oughts" and "shoulds" and "musts" that can confuse clear thinking.

Just to reassure you - this happens to just about everyone - whatever point in their career - these are "live" examples:

The Student:
Q: “How are you today?”
A:  “I’ve just left uni and now I’m lost” ... “It was all right for the older generation – they left school, got a job for life, got married... – now we don’t’ know what to do – whether to get a job or travel, settle down or move – it’s terrible – there’s just too much choice!”

Early career:
“I could sell the flat and go travelling, or stay where I am - which I don’t really like or I could change jobs and travel later – the problem is I have too many choices!”

Mid-career:
With a young family decides to change the work-life balance and now decides it's time to “give something back”… but what, where and how…?

Retired (or about to):
With no more "work" to do – what happens to bring fulfilment for the next ten, twenty, thirty years...?

The Services career about to end...
What will the new reality look like? What are my transferable skills? Where and how could I use them?
Will people understand me…?

So if you are fired with a passion to make the next step - remember that your conditioning, lifestyle and background can have a big impact on your thinking. This is the ideal time to share your ideas and be encouraged, constructively challenged and hopefully re-focussed and energised!
